Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
Alvord Nutrition Services welcomes student feedback on menus via the “Your Meal, Your Voice” program. Elementary schools frequently host food tastings in order to get feedback from students. Middle and high school students can fill out our feedback survey and let their voices be heard.

Elementary menus consist of 2 groups, see below for group assignments.
Group 1 Sites: Arlanza, Collett, Foothill, Lake Hills, Orrenmaa, Stokoe, RMK
Group 2 Sites: La Granada, McAuliffe, Myra Linn, Promenade, Terrace, Twinhill, Valley View
